Jurors' Comments:

This submission more than any other, epitomized the “green” concept, both in design and utilization of materials. From the use of structural concrete insulated panels in the walls and floors to the green eco roof with photo-voltaics and solar water heating panels, to the readily adaptable interior spaces and suggestion of diagonal street parking offsite, this design has many currently applicable concepts for the prototypical townhouse.
